A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data
Hi @Chris Coventry,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’d like to provide you with the following information:
To print Avery 5160 labels from Excel, you can use Mail Merge so that Excel automatically creates the standard label grid for you.
- Prepare your data in Excel
- Each row represents one label.
- Columns contain the information you want to print (e.g., Name, Address).
- Open Word → Mailings → Start Mail Merge → Labels
- Select Label Options → Manufacturer: Avery US Letter → Template: 5160 Address Labels.
- Choose the data source
- Go to Mailings → Select Recipients → Use an Existing List → Choose your Excel file.
- Insert merge fields
- Use Insert Merge Field to add columns from Excel into the labels.
- Preview the labels
- Click Preview Results to see how the labels will look with actual data.
- Complete the merge
- Once you’re satisfied with the preview, click Finish & Merge to print the labels or edit individual labels if needed.
You can refer to the following documentation on Mail Merge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/mail-merge-using-an-excel-spreadsheet-858c7d7f-5cc0-4ba1-9a7b-0a948fa3d7d3
