Dear Support Team,
I recently passed the AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions exam in 12 Jan 2026, but the certification has not appeared on my Microsoft Learn profile even after more than 72 hours. I have already checked my Certification Dashboard, confirmed I am logged into the correct Microsoft account, and reviewed the steps for missing certifications provided by Microsoft Learn’s support documentation. Despite this, the certification is still not displayed. I kindly request assistance to investigate and help resolve this issue.
Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.
