My Microsoft Office 365 re-registration failed as I forgot to put enough $ in the account where the money is to come from! The next day I logged on and payed it on the Microsoft 365 Website! The web site recognises it is paid now until 14th Jan 2027, but my system shows it disabled and your system says I owe!

    Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly?

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, is the expiry date on your Microsoft account listed correctly.
