Hi,
Yes, it's version 5.2601.2 and the email has been added as an exchange account.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have a user that uses Outlook on an android device and the user has setup his exchange email address in it and it works and syncs without any problem, but the sync is only for 30 days back.
The user already looked at the settings for this email address, but he has no sync settings so the user can't change the settings that there will be more emails visible.
Is there a way to fix this?
Hi,

Thanks for the advice, but I can't see this option in Outlook Android even when the emailaddress is added again and i also tried to reinstall the app without effect.
Hi @Vict Beheer
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Can you double check if the user connects the account by using Exchange? I tested on my side, and my sync settings are visible only for Exchange account (IMAP/POP doesn't have this option)
Is this device managed by your company (Entra joined device) or it's his personal device?
Make sure he check in the right place, go to Settings > Account > Sync Settings > Days of emails to sync > you can set it maximum to 90 days.
If he cannot find the settings, please provide his Outlook Android version, make sure it is up to date.
You can also ask him to remove and re add his account. Consider reinstalling the app to see if it helps.
I look forward for your reply.
