why is my sound setting is been muted? how to unmute the setting? even after giving the troubleshooter to run the sound is not been umuted

say in a step by step process to unmute the sound setting

    Hi,

    Go to Start menu > Settings > System > Sound, take a screenshot and post it here.

    Are you not in safe mode on the Windows desktop screen?

    If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?
