Is there a way to add a link to self asserted technical profile that will take user to a section of user journey?

I am attempting to enable users to reset their MFA using top code using the b2c custom policy. I want the user experience to be as follows.

The user is attempting to log on to a local b2c account and after entering credentials, they are challenged for MFA[ this part is already working]. However, during this challenge, I want a link to appear in the challenge window apart from "Enter verification code" filed and "Continue button"

Is there a way to add a custom link to this window that will take the user to a section of the user journey?
