Can I sign into Windows 10 PC with Authenticator App?

I am wanting to find out if it is a possibility to set up my PC to allow sign in via Authenticator App? The reason that we have so many people that give out the password for the work computer, i would like only certain people to get in via a 2FA or Authenticator App.

    Yes you can.
    But it only happens when your PC has no other enable logon methods (pin or finger print), then when windows starts, it will pop up a window with code and need you confirm in Authenticator app.

    But is it possible to sign-in to a Windows 10 PC if it has no connections to the Internet (offline)? Can we use the OTP function of the Microsoft Authenticator?
