Several of my coworkers and I have our Idle timeout setting set for 1 hour. I am logged into the Azure Portal most of the day and I frequently get signed out after less than 1 hour of inactivity. Sometimes it will be less than 20 mins. This also happens with one of our Web Apps as well. Could there be another setting somewhere that is causing us to get logged out? I do not have the Enable directory level idle timeout set either.
Hi @Etefia Taylor , have you configured all the settings mentioned in this article? If not please see if that fixes your issue. If not I can look into this further.

Hi, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, that article sounds like the opposite of what my issue is. I don't have an issue with not getting signed out. My issue is that I get signed out too frequently. The weird thing is today, when I went back to my browser this morning I was still logged in from the day before, which is also a concern since I have it set to sign me out when inactive after 1 hour. It's like it has a mind of it's own. It doesn't seem to be working correctly signing me out or not signing me out.

I am also facing a similar issue. Initially, I setup the web app session lifetimes as 15 min. Even though I am active in another tab, the first tab is getting logged out after 15min. So, I have increased the session lifetime to 1440 min as below image. But still, I am getting logged out every 15-30 mins.
Please let me know the solution if you already resolved this issue.
