    Hi,

Go to Device Manager > check for any faulty drivers, take a screenshot, and post it here.

Select Start > Settings > System.

Scroll down and select Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Go to the Sound section and click the Run button to launch the Sound troubleshooter.

If there is an error, take a screenshot and post it here.

What is your laptop model or desktop configuration?

To check, search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here.

    Thanks

If you're experiencing issues with your speakers not working after updating to Windows 11, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager and ensure that your audio drivers are installed and functioning correctly. If you see any warning signs next to the audio devices, you may need to update or reinstall the drivers.
    2. Update Audio Drivers: You can try updating your audio drivers to the latest version. Visit your device manufacturer's website to download the appropriate drivers for your system model.
    3. Rollback Drivers: If you have recently updated your audio drivers and started experiencing issues, consider rolling back to a previous version of the drivers to see if that resolves the problem.
    4. Run the Audio Troubleshooter: Go to the Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and run the "Playing Audio" troubleshooter. This tool can help identify and fix common audio issues.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your system is up to date by checking for Windows updates, as updated drivers can often be installed through this method.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact your device manufacturer for further assistance regarding the necessary drivers for your specific hardware configuration.
