I have a Microsoft 14-day trial monthly charge on my credit card I did not sign up for. I believe this may have happened when I upgraded to Windows 11. The most recent charge was on 01-09-2026 in the amount of $16.49. I don't know what this is for. Would you be able to cancel this monthly fee?

    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there.

If not, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?

You can refer to this article: 'How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.'
