I cannot download (windows 11) the Microsoft 365 64 bit application. It is requesting the password for AzureAD. I don't remember ever setting up a password for this app. How can I remove the app OR access this password?

If you're unable to access the AzureAD password and need to download the Microsoft 365 application, you can try the following steps:

    1. Reset Your Password: If you have forgotten your AzureAD password, you can use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) feature if it has been enabled by your administrator. You can reset your password using your security information and mobile device. If you don't have access to reset it yourself, you may need to contact your organization's global admin for assistance.
    2. Contact Support: If you are the only global admin and cannot access your account, you can contact the Azure Data Protection team for help. Alternatively, if your organization has other global admins, ask them for assistance in resetting your password.
    3. Remove the Application: If you want to remove the Microsoft 365 application, you can do so through the Windows Settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Microsoft 365 in the list, and select Uninstall. However, keep in mind that you may need administrative privileges to uninstall certain applications.

If you continue to have issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
