How to re-establish contact with Microsoft, as an educational institution?

We are or were an Azure training center, but the contact person no longer works with us. How can we resume communication?

Leonardo Mariano Côco 155 Reputation points2026-01-16T01:08:27.2666667+00:00 If your old Microsoft contact left, the fastest way to “re-open the channel” is to go through the official program portal your center is registered under and update the admin/contact there (you don’t need a named Microsoft person to do this).
Here are the usual paths:
If you were a partner/training provider (Partner Center / AI Cloud Partner Program)
Sign in to Partner Center and make sure someone in your org has the right admin role (Partner Center → Account settings → User management).
Then raise a request via Partner Center Support (“Get help and contact support”).
If this was through an education program (Microsoft Learn for Educators / MSLE)
Use the MSLE support entry point to contact the program team.
If you mainly need to talk to Azure about subscriptions/benefits
- Open a ticket from the Azure portal (Help + support → Create a support request).
Practical tip: if you’re unsure which program you’re enrolled in, start with Partner Center Support (if you have access) or Azure portal support (if you have a subscription admin).
