How to change DOB without admin access

my details are recorded as child DOB when i am an adult. I do not have access to admin account to change DOB. I tried to a create secondary account to join the family as an administrator to use that account to change DOB but as not invited by admin cannot join family group. As child I am unable to remove self from current family to join secondary account.
