Tags full functionality iPad

Question

I see there have been many questions and concerns about tags on iPad. I can see not a phone but an iPad? It’s a mini computer that people sometimes use away from the their main computer. Some of the capabilities need to be on the iPad, like Tags. You need to be able to all tags that are on or created on PC. Including the order they were defined on the PC.

please fix this ASAP. If not then I may have to go to a different app, which there are many that provide full functionality on iPad.
