If you purchased Office from a 3rd party retailer, and you are unable to see the correct product key on the card they provided if it did not scratch off correctly, this forum is just a user to user forum, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly, provide them with proof of purchase and the other details on that key code card and they may be able to provide you with the associated product key or a replacement key, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

You could contact the retailer first and see if they are willing to replace your product key.

If not, try contacting Microsoft support with proof of purchase, as Dave suggested.

If your Office product key is damaged, you may need to obtain a replacement key. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check the Purchase Source: If you purchased the Office product from a retailer, contact them for assistance. They may be able to provide you with a replacement key if you can prove your purchase.
    2. Microsoft Support: If you purchased the product directly from Microsoft, you can contact Microsoft Support for help in recovering or replacing your product key.
    3. Digital Purchases: If you bought a digital version, check your email for a confirmation message that might contain your product key.

For more specific guidance, you can refer to the Microsoft support pages on product key issues.
