MS Support - are we a joke to you???

Hello,

so I have an issue that Microsoft keeps charging me for orders I did not make. I tried to contact the support but the chatbot is basically making fun of me by constantly crashing when I tell him what my issue is and demanding to talk to a real person. There is no other way to contact MS regarding this issue.

What do you expect us to do? To pay blindly for things we didn't order while hiding behind a broken chatbot?

I'm on the verge of suing you.

I understand your frustration regarding the charges for orders you did not make. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps to contact Microsoft Support directly:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent.
    6. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and provide the necessary information so they can reach you.

If you continue to experience issues with the chatbot, using the above steps should help you connect with a real person who can assist you further.

    Hello,

I understand it can be frustrating when you are unable to reach support.

Do you recall subscribing to any Microsoft products?

If you do not remember doing so, there is a possibility that you may have been involved in some kind of fraudulent activity.

Please contact your credit card company or bank and ask them to block any further charges.
