2 xQNAP NAS not visible in network

I cannot get into my Qnap's and they don't show up in my network. I can't also not ping to their IP adresses.

Please help.

    nb. be sure that the both NAS are connected correctly to the network, check if you can access to them with a laptop connected directly with one of them
