Have you tried to recreate the Outlook profile. ?
If not give it a try, Please close Outlook first, then open Control Panel and select Mail, followed by Show Profiles. Choose Add to create a new profile and configure the mailbox, then set the new profile as the default. After that, launch Outlook and test the behavior.
Recreating the Outlook profile resolves most cases that are caused by hidden MAPI or profile‑level corruption.
