To resolve your issue with accessing Office after having problems with your credit card, you should first ensure that you are using the correct email associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Since you mentioned that you can access the 365 Admin portal, you can check the subscription details there to confirm which email is linked to your active Office subscription.

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal: Use the email accounts you have to log in and check if any of them show an active Office subscription.
    2. Check Subscription Details: Once logged in, navigate to the billing section to see the details of your subscriptions. This will help you identify which email is associated with the active Office subscription.
    3. Contact Support: If you still cannot determine which email is correct or if you cannot access Office, consider contacting Microsoft 365 Support for further assistance. They can help clarify which account is active and assist with any access issues.

If you have multiple emails and are unsure which one is valid, it might be helpful to check your email for any confirmation or billing messages from Microsoft that indicate which account was used for the successful payment.
