I reset my phone, and had my Instagram linked with Authenticator now its not signing in ncz i don't have access to the previous Authenticator. What to do?

I reset my phone, and that has authenticator which has my Instagram approval authentication. Now when I try to log in to my ID it asks me for 6 digit code that i can't access. What to do now
