If you have reset your phone and lost access to the Microsoft Authenticator app that was linked to your Instagram account, you will need to recover your account through Instagram's recovery options. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use Backup Codes: If you had previously saved backup codes for your Instagram account, you can use one of those codes to log in.
    2. Account Recovery: Go to the Instagram login page and select "Forgot password?". Follow the prompts to reset your password using your email address or phone number associated with your account.
    3. Contact Instagram Support: If you cannot recover your account using the above methods, you may need to contact Instagram support for further assistance.
    4. Re-register MFA: If you regain access to your account, consider re-registering for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with a new device or method.

Unfortunately, without access to the Authenticator app, you will need to rely on these recovery methods to regain access to your Instagram account.
