I need help with my bill

Hi,

I'm a developer working on Azure certifications. In November 2025, I created a SQL managed instance. When I did this, I didn't see any charges for it. I did not know that I was going to be charged for it. Then in late December, I saw that I was charged for it. So, I immediately removed it from my subscription. Then I asked for a refund of my December bill, which I got. But this also affected my January bill. I was able to get a partial refund for my January bill but not for the complete bill. I would like a complete refund for this. Again, when I signed up for the SQL managed instance, it did not show that I was going to be charged for it, and I didn't see the charges until the end of December.

The first invoice was G128977474. I did get a refund for that one. The second invoice was G134128889 which I was able to get a partial refund for that. But there are still two charges from invoice G134128889 that I'd like to get a refund for. The new invoice is now G135283627. This one has the two remaining charges from G134128889.

Please help me resolve this. I had to purchase support in order to be able to create this ticket.

Thank you,

Claudia
