I am not able to reddem microsoft azure pass for my course AZ-303

As part of the AZ-303 course

i am login to esi.learnondemand.net using my credential and follow the steps to redeem passcode

https://www.microsoftazurepass.com/

but getting the error

"Try again later
Sorry, there’s something temporarily wrong with this site.
Session Id: 0375e5e4-41e9-496a-a1ff-03941286ae78"

Please help to resolve this issue or allocate me a new passcode

    While this was asked more than 1 year ago, since nobody answer this, here's what you can do:

    1. Use an in-private browser window. This guarantees you are not logged in with any account, and have not cookies that could affect this;
    2. Make sure you're connecting to https://www.microsoftazurepass.com , and not any other site with similar name;
    3. Make sure you're using an email address that never had an Azure pass before and that's NOT a company/school O365 account;
    4. During the whole process, never refresh your browser, of close it before instructed to.

    Hope this helps anyone reading it.
