Unable to reschedule Microsoft certification exam due to portal error

Question

I am trying to reschedule my Microsoft certification exam through Microsoft Learn. When I attempt to reschedule the exam, the page does not allow me to proceed and the process fails. I have tried multiple times using different browsers and devices, but the issue persists.

The reschedule option either does not load correctly or returns me to the previous page without completing the action. Because of this issue, I am unable to change my exam date within the allowed rescheduling period.

I have attached screenshots that clearly show the error and the blocked rescheduling flow.

Honestly, this situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing :( I have worked very hard to prepare for this exam, and the difficulty of accessing support has left me feeling overwhelmed and distressed....

I really need someone from the support team to contact me directly and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
