How can I cancel/get a refund from an unexpected charge of Microsoft 365 Family?

Can anyone help me on this please? I was just booting my laptop and trying to avoid the unnecessary microsoft offers upon starting the device, but why is it they charged me with a one year subscription I didnt ask for? User's image
