Copilot Starts Creating Slides but Fails to Add Them; PowerPoint Agent Times Out

Question

When I choose “Create a presentation with Copilot” in PowerPoint, Copilot begins generating the slides, but the process suddenly stops before any slides are actually added. No slides appear in the deck.

Eventually, I receive an error message saying “Something went wrong.” It also prompts me to send feedback to Microsoft, but the feedback link opens an inactive dialog box that I cannot type into.

I’m also seeing a separate issue: inside PowerPoint, the Agent panel keeps spinning indefinitely without producing any results. It repeatedly throws a request timeout message.

I’m not sure what is causing these behaviors. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated.
