If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

Cannot execute as the database principal because the principal "dbo" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission.

Also I don't have any sql database on any of my server so I have no idea what database is error log is referring to "Cannot execute as the database principalbecause the principal "dbo" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission."

Is there anyway I could access this database please let me know.

    Hi AjayDeval,

InfoPath 2013 remains the 2013 version and therefore won't be included in the Office 2016 version of Office 365 ProPlus. When you update an existing installation of Office 365 ProPlus to the Office 2016 version, InfoPath is removed from the computer. If your users still need to use InfoPath, the previous version will be available for installation on the Software page in the Office 365 portal. If you have any question about it, you can create a new thread so that we can focus on it.

Let’s back to your original issue. As you mentioned the Dirsync is working on another server, and there is no detailed symptom, we can narrow down it should be a local issue. I suggest you post the issue at our Windows server forum for further assistance. Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi Johnny,

This is a windows 2008 R2 machine. It had earlier office 2013 installed on it so I upgraded the office 2013 enterprise edition to office 2016 enterprise edition and I am getting these errors  on my event viewer. I am also not able to figure out what is going wrong with it. As for the Dirsync it is located on another server and that server has no issues. As for now I am not able to see any symptom as such but only lots of error messages on the event viewer.

    Hi AjayDeval,

Could you let me know if the issue occurs when you install Dirsync or AADSync or AAD connect? What’s the symptom for usage? I will help check if the computer meets the prerequisite when installing it.

    Regards,

    Johnny Zhang
