Hello I just recently redeemed a free spotify subscription for three month which costed me 0 points. It hasn't came for the past day and I have already contacted support about this but they are not responding. This 'in progress' order is blocking me for redeeming any more gift cards since there is already an order that is in progress. Please help as i need to redeem more gifts urgently.

P.S I don't want the free spotify premium subscription
