Hi Team ,

I was facing an issue, unfortunately two accounts have been created from my side, to take the test there is an issue going on can please help me to merge the account and make it visible all the credentials in single account. here team please help me and i was not sure how to create the support tickets their no relevant questions tagged to my concern so please help me

To merge two Microsoft Learn profiles, you can follow these steps:

1. Choose a profile to sign into.
2. In the login account management, select "add login account."
3. If the login account you are adding is associated with another Learn profile, this will trigger a profile merge.
4. All contents from the second profile will be brought into the signed-in profile, and any duplicate content will be removed.
5. If you exceed the limit of five work or school login accounts during the merge process, the process will be canceled, and you will need to resolve the issue before trying again.
6. If either of the profiles has private profile mode enabled, this setting will be applied to the merged profile.

Please note that merging profile data cannot be undone, and all your learning progress will be combined in one place.
