If you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services , does your account indicate that you have an active subscription?

Which specific product version are you subscribed to? Microsoft 365 Personal? Microsoft 365 Family?

Many PCs come with preinstalled trial versions of Office, and often you have to uninstall those before you can install your own version.

If you are unable to access Microsoft 365 with the email account you just created, there could be a few reasons for this issue:

    1. Account Verification: Ensure that your email account has been fully verified. Sometimes, new accounts require verification via a confirmation email.
    2. Subscription Activation: Check if your Microsoft 365 subscription has been activated properly. You may need to log in to your Microsoft account to confirm this.
    3. Correct Email: Make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. If you have multiple accounts, it’s easy to mix them up.
    4. Password Issues: Double-check that you are entering the correct password. If you suspect that you might have forgotten it, consider resetting your password.
    5. Technical Issues: Sometimes, there might be temporary technical issues with Microsoft services. If this is the case, waiting a while and trying again may resolve the issue.

If you continue to experience difficulties, you may want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
