Hello,

When I click on my email address, it shows my profile which includes my place of employment and education (not sure how it knows that but it's okay).

However, it also shows my files / messages and again I don't know how it accesses that info and thanks not okay.

I've uninstalled OneDrive, repaired the profile and even removed / added the profile but it still shows my files / messages.

I've also watched a ton of YouTube videos but no solution there either.

Please, what am I missing.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello!

Just to clarify, Outlook 2013 pulls profile details from your Microsoft account, not from the local Outlook profile. Files and messages appear because your Microsoft account connects to services like Outlook.com and OneDrive. Removing OneDrive or recreating the Outlook profile does not change profile data.

To remove visible data, sign in at account.microsoft.com Open Privacy. Review activity history and stored content. Delete unwanted items from Outlook.com and OneDrive. Allow time for sync across Microsoft services.
