Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I'm sorry you’re dealing with those scam emails, I know how annoying that is.
Please kindly follow these steps below:
1. Delete all existing emails from shcms.org (Outlook on the web)
- Sign in to Outlook on the web
- In the Search bar at the top, type: shcms.org
- Press Enter to show all messages containing that domain
- Select all the results and delete them (or use Shift+Delete if you want them permanently removed)
- Optional: If you want them completely gone, also empty your Deleted Items folder afterward
2. If you don’t want that domain to show up again, block it in Outlook on the web
- Still in Outlook on the web, go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email
- Under "Blocked senders and domains", add: shcms.org
- Save changes
