Hi,
Access the task scheduler and disable third-party applications.
Then perform a clean boot and if you want to uninstall applications that you do not use.
Try it and let me know.
Thanks

For three days now I have been experiencing BSOD with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR within 30sec-1min of startup and it stays at 0% complete. I have restarted my computer, unplugged my computer overnight, switched the BIOS to default, done the sfc scannow in CMD only to find no integrity violations, run a Windows Diagnostic Memory Test but I can't access the results because my PC will BSOD before I'm able to login, reseated the SATA cord to my SSD, reseated the RAM, checked if my drivers need updating, checked the CPU frequency, uninstalled Steam and Windows 11 Installation Assistant, disabled C-states in BIOS, ran a CrystalDiskMark scan, and ran CHKDSK. My CHKDSK said that my local C: disk AND new disk :D needed to be repaired BUT running CHKDSK /r in cmd found no errors. I tried to run CHKDSK /f but before it can finish, my PC blue screens. I am just so frustrated and at a loss for words. This is my first ever PC and I've had to learn EVERYTHING from the internet in the past couple of days to try and fix it. This was a secondhand PC I bought on Mercari and I've had it for less than a year now.
