Most of my icons are "normal" size, but there are some; like the New outlook, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are all very small. What can I do to fix this. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, I've also tried to resize them, but nothing helps.

This is usually caused by icon cache problem. Try clearing them all using option two from this page and see if it fixes the problem.
