I am able to obtain a shareable link to a pdf located inside a OneDrive folder. However, I want the pdf to open at a specific page when I click on the link. Is there any way to do this? I researched on the web, and did not obtain any useful results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, AFAIK, there is no reliable way to force a OneDrive PDF link to open on a specific page. When you share a file from OneDrive, the link goes to the online viewer, and Microsoft’s viewer ignores page parameters such as page=5 or ?page=5 that work in some local PDF readers.

A workaround would involve downloading the file and opening it in a PDF application that supports page parameters or publishing the PDF on a web server or hosting platform where the viewer respects #page=number at the end of the URL.

If you stay with OneDrive’s built-in sharing, the link will always open to page one.

I would use the complete pdf link + exact page/decision reference, and optionally provide a second extracted PDF for quick review.
