I have a idtienphuoc1 rule that i cannot delete, how can i fix? Since I’m getting a draft msg on my inbox saying i was hacked

Have you changed the password and enabled 2FA on your account? It seems like the hacker still has access.
Please go to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional?mkt=en-US&refd=account.microsoft.com&refp=security
Click Sign out everywhere and change the password once again, or go passwordless.
Go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding (wording may vary).
Check if email forwarding is enabled to any address.
Review POP and IMAP settings.
Turn off POP and IMAP.
Ensure there are no aliases you do not recognize on the accounts page.
