Hello !
To install Visio on your PC, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and locate Visio, which should be at the bottom of the page.
If you do not already have it, please note that this is an additional license that must be purchased.
If Visio is already installed, you can check for updates by clicking on the "File" button > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
If you have pending updates, Office will start downloading and installing them.
