"you'll need to ask to use this site" error

I have been encountering "You’ll need to ask to use this site. If you want to, just send a request to an adult in your family." when accessing sites, in particular "Medicines Complete" which I need to do my job.

I am an adult, my DOB is correct on my account and I have no idea why this error has started happening, or why I am part of a family unit when I did not request to be.

I would appreciate any help re: fixing this.

Let's check it. Go to account.microsoft.com/family and sign in. Check if your account is listed inside a group. If you are in a group, try to find the option to Leave family group by clicking the three dots or menu icon on your profile tile.

If you are unable to leave or do not see the option, tell me if there is another account listed as the Organizer in that dashboard.
