    1

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to System - Troubleshoot

    Click 'Other Troubleshooters'

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter from the resulting page

Check if Bluetooth is then working

    2

If not, open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

At the top of Device Manager, choose View - Show Hidden Devices

Does that show hidden Bluetooth device(s)

If so, right click and uninstall that

    Restart your PC

Check if Bluetooth is then working

    3

If Bluetooth is still not working, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the Bluetooth device drivers they recommend.

If your computer does not show the option to turn on Bluetooth, it could be due to several reasons:

    1. Bluetooth Radio is Off: Ensure that the Bluetooth radio is turned on. If it is off, you will not see the option to enable it.
    2. Bluetooth Radio in Emulation Mode: Sometimes, the Bluetooth radio might be in emulation mode, which can prevent it from being recognized properly.
    3. Settings Configuration: Check the Bluetooth Settings dialog to see if the option to show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area is selected. If it is not, enabling it might help.
    4. Driver Issues: There could be issues with the Bluetooth drivers. Make sure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date and properly installed.
    5. Hardware Issues: If the Bluetooth hardware is malfunctioning, it may not be recognized by the operating system.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, consider checking for updates or troubleshooting the Bluetooth device through the Windows settings.
