There was a mistake. I ordered Microsoft 365. Business supreme and I ended up with just Microsoft supreme. I’m a global administrator and I need the business 365 supreme and I’m just hoping I can switch it over somewhere or another without going through

I’m a global administrator and I are trying to purchase Microsoft 365 business supreme and I ended up getting Microsoft supreme, which doesn’t work for being a global administrator and battling hackers like I have been for the past two years

    Hi @James Smith

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding your concern about having purchased the wrong Microsoft 365 subscription, I’d like to clarify a few details so I can better assist you:

    • Do you still have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as a Global Administrator?

If you do still have access, I strongly recommend raising a support ticket directly from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, as only Microsoft Support can assist with options such as changing, upgrading, or correcting subscriptions. They’ll be best equipped to review your tenant and advise whether the subscription can be switched or adjusted without interruption.

For step‑by‑step guidance on contacting Microsoft Support, please refer to:  Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

I apologize if this redirection is inconvenient. However, to ensure you receive the most accurate and timely assistance, this approach is the most effective option available.

Thank you for your time and understanding. While this initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, the information above will help move things forward. I appreciate your patience and look forward to your response. I’m here to help.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response!
