    Hi,

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Losing personal files especially without realizing there were separate activity requirements for Outlook and OneDrive is incredibly frustrating, and anyone in your situation would feel the same. If your OneDrive was inactive and Microsoft deleted it less than 123 days ago, the data can still be recovered. Microsoft keeps deleted OneDrive data for 30 days, then an additional 93 days in a recoverable state. If your OneDrive has been gone for more than 123 days, the files are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Sign in to your OneDrive directly

check if there's any chance of recover

If OneDrive says “Account deleted”, is empty, or shows no Recycle Bin → the files are permanently erased.
