How to fix the audio on your HP?

Hello, the audio to my computer isn't working at all. I've ran the troubleshoot option and still nothing yet.

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. I am sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue where no sound is coming from your HP computer. 

    Complementing the earlier ideas, you could also look into the following options: 

    Option 1: Verify Sound Settings 

    • Open Settings > System > Sound and ensure the correct output device (like speakers or headphones) is selected as default.  
    • Go to Control Panel > Sound >  go to the Playback tab, right-click your device, and select Test to check if sound plays.  
    • In the classic Sound Control Panel (via search), go to the Playback tab, right-click your device, and select Test to check if sound plays 

    Option 2: Restart Audio Services 

    • Open Windows Run dialogue (Windows + R) and type services.msc> find Windows Audio > right-click it > select Properties > set Startup type to Automatic, and click Restart. Repeat for "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder 

    Option 3: Disable Audio Enhancements 

    • Disable audio enhancements: In Sound settings, select your device > Scroll down to Advanced settings > Audio enhancements > Off

    Reinstalling the audio driver from the device manufacturer should work.
