Why can't I show my PowerPoint on all of my connected screens?

I have two additional screens attached to my laptop. I have my desktop extended and all materials show on the extension, however, I can only select one for the PowerPoint to display. I have never struggled with this before. Why am I now only able to display on one screen and the presenter view on my laptop. PowerPoint shows all screens connected, but no matter what I do, it will only allow me to make one selection.

I have updated everything, tried every fix I can think of, but PP is just not allowing me to display on multiple screens making its functionality less than ideal.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with displaying your PowerPoint presentation across multiple screens. In PowerPoint, when using multiple displays, you typically have the option to choose which screen to show your presentation on and which screen to use for Presenter View. Here are a few things to check:

    1. Display Settings: Ensure that your display settings in Windows are correctly configured. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop, selecting "Display settings," and confirming that your screens are set to "Extend these displays."
    2. PowerPoint Settings: In PowerPoint, go to the "Slide Show" tab and check the "Set Up Slide Show" options. You should see a dropdown menu that allows you to select the display for the presentation. Make sure you select the correct screen where you want the presentation to appear.
    3. Graphics Driver: Sometimes, issues with displaying on multiple screens can be related to the graphics driver. Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date.
    4. PowerPoint Updates: Since you mentioned you have updated everything, double-check that you have the latest version of PowerPoint installed, as updates can fix bugs related to multi-display setups.
    5. Restart PowerPoint: If you haven't already, try restarting PowerPoint or even your computer to see if that resolves the issue.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be worth checking if there are any specific compatibility issues with your version of PowerPoint and the operating system you are using.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
To make the presentation show on multiple screens, open the slideshow, select on the top of the presenter screen "Display settings" > "Duplicate Slide show".

Another option is to set the screens to duplicate on Windows before opening the slideshow. Press Windows + P and select duplicate. After the slideshow, press Windows + P and select Extend to restore the extended view.
