My Hiro H50113 modem stopped working after the KB5074109 update. I removed the update and it is now working for the mean time. Does anyone have a 56K USB modem that is still working after the update? If so, what model is it? I am considering a Hiro H50228, but I am not sure if it is compatible with either Windows 11 after the update, or with the telephony API (TAPI) standard in the software I am using.
Really getting tired of having hardware simply made instantly obsolete due to an "update".
