    Hello,

This is a known limitation in Microsoft Forms. You generally cannot insert a hyperlink into the main Title of a question, nor can you mask the link with text (like "Click Here"). It doesn't support rich text formatting like that.

To solve this, you need to use the Subtitle field. Click on the question you want to add the link to, click the three dots at the bottom right of the question box, select Subtitle and paste the full URL (including the https part) into that new Subtitle text box.

Note that the link often won't look clickable while you are editing the form. Click the Preview button at the top to test it, it should become clickable there.

Currently, Microsoft Forms does not support the direct insertion of hyperlinks within the text of questions or options. This limitation means that you cannot create clickable links directly in the form content. However, you can include URLs in the description or in the text fields, but they will not be hyperlinked and users will need to copy and paste them into their browser to access.

If you're experiencing issues with inserting hyperlinks or if they are not functioning as expected, it may be due to this limitation of Microsoft Forms. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to enable hyperlink functionality in the question text or options directly.

For more advanced features, consider using Microsoft Power Apps, which allows for more customization and functionality, including hyperlink support.
