    Hello @Pragati Pandey

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

Thank you for your message. In order to investigate this issue thoroughly and provide you with the proper guidance, I would like to request a few additional details regarding your setup and the steps that have already been taken.

    1. As you used the "for Business" forum, may I have your confirmation if you are signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
    2. Could you describe whether you have already attempted to re‑synchronize the account, and if so, please outline the exact actions you performed. This will help me avoid repeating steps and ensure that I can identify any gaps in the process.
    3. Kindly specify which Outlook platform you are using when the issue occurs. For instance, are you working in the classic Outlook for Windows application, the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, or Outlook on a mobile device.
    4. If any error messages, warnings, or unusual behavior appear during synchronization, please share the exact wording or describe the behavior in detail. A screenshot of it would be helpful!
    5. If possible, please confirm whether the issue began after a recent change, such as an account migration, profile repair, or update to the Outlook client.

Once I have these details, I will be able to proceed with a more precise assessment and recommend appropriate troubleshooting steps. I appreciate your cooperation, and I am here to assist you further.

The issue you are experiencing with events that have no end time and no occurrence not reflecting in Outlook after migrating from Gmail may be related to synchronization problems. Specifically, when mailbox items are changed, such as during a migration, these changes might not sync properly in Outlook, especially if they were altered through API calls.

For a workaround, you might want to try the following steps:

    1. Clear offline items from the folder where the sync failures occur. You can do this by right-clicking the folder in question, selecting Properties, then the General tab, and finally selecting Clear Offline Items.
    2. Alternatively, consider using Outlook in online mode to ensure that all changes are reflected correctly.

If the problem persists, it might be beneficial to check if there are any specific settings or configurations in your migration process that could affect the visibility of these events in Outlook.
