Windows offline activation without online support

I need to activate some Windows 10 computers without creating a Microsoft account or using the online activation tool. It seems that the telephone activation support is not available anymore. But I need an option like that. Are there any alternatives to activate Windows offline?

There’s another option you may want to consider that using KMS. Your Windows machines can activate against a local KMS host within your network. The KMS host itself requires internet access once to activate the KMS host key. After that initial setup, no public internet connection is needed for the client machines.

Once configured, the clients will periodically check in with the KMS host to maintain their activation.
