my bluetooth was not showing the headphone and earphone devices names its only showing mobile devices and other devices names.

1 - Restart Bluetooth Service

• Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
• Find Bluetooth Support Service > right‑click > Restart.

2 - Remove and re‑pair the headphones

• Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
• Remove the headphones if listed.
• Turn Bluetooth Off, wait a few seconds, then turn it On.
• Put your headphones back into pairing mode and add them again.

3 - Check sound output selection

• Open Settings > System > Sound.
• Under Output, select your Bluetooth headphones if they appear.

4 - Update the Bluetooth driver

• Open Device Manager > expand Bluetooth.
• Right‑click your Bluetooth adapter > Update driver > Search automatically.
• Restart the PC after the update completes.
