Need help on re-register MFA

I need assistance with re-registering MFA for my admin account on a test tenant. I lost my phone, which had the MFA authenticator set up for the tenant, so I need the MFA to be reset and enabled on my new device.

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.
