I need to uninstall windows security update KB5074109 but my system is not giving me the option to do so.

My system did a security update on January 13, 2026. The update is KB5074109. This is interferring with the operation of my Windows App for my business. I need to remove it, however, my system is not giving me the option to do so. When I find the above update the only option I have is to learn more about that update. It has to come off as it is affecting not only my Windows App but also Microsoft Teams.
