Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on the refund status of my Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund within the eligible period. However, the refunded amount has not yet appeared on my credit card statement.

Below are my details for your reference:

  • Subscription: Microsoft 365 Family
  • Order number: 15d21e38-463b-4d5d-bbb1-940d461896c7
  • Date of charge: December 4, 2025
  • Date of cancellation/refund request: December 22, 2025

Could you please check the status of my refund and advise when I can expect the amount to be credited back to my card?

Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Naddawan Yingsawaengdee

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To check the status of your refund for the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, it is best to contact Microsoft Support directly, as they will have access to your account details and can provide specific information regarding your refund request. You can reach out to them through the following steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft support page.
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
    3. Select the product you need help with (in this case, Microsoft 365 Family).
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Choose the option to contact support, either through chat or by requesting a call.

Since you have already canceled your subscription and requested a refund within the eligible period, Microsoft Support will be able to assist you in checking the status of your refund and provide an estimated timeline for when it will be credited back to your card.
